We began "a Festival at the Heart of Sound" bringing music together with support for youth w/ no shelter, continuing a music tradition central to Tacoma and the South Sound Music Culture since early 1990's.
Fostering collaboration in support of youth w/ no homes in Tacoma & the South Puget Sound, we have since created a sustainable platform where you can support youth in the way that means the most to you. See HERE

Nov 20, 2021 Stars 4 Peace hosted a Star Building Workshop w/ the Tacoma Public Library Leading Up to the 8th Annual Procession of Stars at Tacoma's Best Holiday Santa Parade.

50 Stars were distributed to people all around the city & the Tacoma Library hosted an online-only workshop to learn how to build Star Luminaries with Stars 4 Peace

Vicci was born on the International Day of Peace, and when she came home from her national tour we surprised her with a star lit luminary procession, inaugurating a day our city sets aside each year to celebrate peace in our many communities. 
Music in Tacoma celebrates the life we share in common across Tacoma Communities and has FREELY PROMOTED LOCAL BUSINESSES.
Our efforts are to bring people together in a good spirit so they get into our city's culture - every year since 2012 we have been a stable presence celebrating peace in our city. From 2015

We use the Stars 4 Peace to gain important support for people in the most vulnerable situations in Tacoma. We began receiving donations at events in 2015, and in 2017 we started a city-wide clothing / food drive that Tacoma supports strongly to this day.
What you give we make ready (wash, organize, etc) and distribute to people in need in our city's diverse communities, through the people and organizations at the ground level serving people in need. Our work facilitates their services with quality items in good care.
